[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 1/4] lacie_kw: add support for EFI partitions

Defines CONFIG_EFI_PARTITION for LaCie boards.

Additionally this patch defines CONFIG_DOS_PARTITION. Note that this definition is implicit in mv_common.h when CONFIG_CMD_USB is enabled.
