[U-Boot] [U-boot] Question about the (new) U-Boot Timer API

The wiki (http://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot/TaskTimerAPI) introduced new U-Boot Timer API, such as:

time_ms_delta_raw()

time_ms_delta_max()

......

Not find in 2014.07 code package.

Were they not adopted by u-boot maintainer?
