I'm sorry, but that's nonsense -- just do "git grep -i 'all rights reserved'" in a kernel source tree to see just how fine "all rights reserved" is in a GPLed project as long as a GPL license is granted too.

In any case I've never touched that file in uboot as far as I know, so any licensing problems are your own creation I think.
Right. We must have copied this line from the Linux 440SPe PCIe driver which was a starting point for the U-Boot driver version.
