[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] Fix for Marvell 88E1145 PHY initialization on MPC8555CDS

      Networking didn't work on my MPC8555CDS with U-Boot 1.1.6.
Comparing to code for the pre-installed U-Boot 1.1.3, I found the
PHY init to be different.  I've moved the reset to be the first command
durint init and that fixed my problem.
