Of course not. The boot arguments is only ONE of things you have to fix. The uninitialized MAC address is still unfixed:
...
at91_ether: Your bootloader did not configure a MAC address. eth0: Link down. eth0: AT91 ethernet at 0xfefbc000 int=24 10-HalfDuplex (00:00:00:00:00:00)
You won't make any progress until you fix this, too.
