This isn't strictly needed. I did this so the next patch only touched CONFIG_CMD_DATE and I figured I may as well send this out so it can be applied if desired.

Looks like this patch is just moving things around. Was it done by a script to keep things in order? It would be helpful to say so in the commit message.
