Define IH_CPU_AVR32, make it possible to generate AVR32 uImage files with mkimage and make cmd_bootm recognize them.

I'm currently working on a patchset to add full support for the AVR32 architecture as well as the AT32AP7000 chip and the AT32STK1000 development board. This patch is just one of a few preparation patches I want to get out of the way first.
