[U-Boot-Users] Add support for Memec Design DS-BD-2VPxx-FF1152 board

A patch was sent to Wolfgang Denk which adds support for this board. The patch was not posted to the list due to its size. The board configuration uses the optional SystemACE module to configure the on-board FPGA. The Compact Flash card attached to the SystemAce is also used to store all required non-volatile data including the environment, the kernel image and the root filesystem. Keith Outwater
