Technically speaking, the config file for the ITX will work on the ITX-GP, but you'll have to deal with:

1. A warning stating that flash bank #2 is missing

Please check the CFG_FLASH_QUIET_TEST config option. The README states:

- CFG_FLASH_QUIET_TEST If this option is defined, the common CFI flash doesn't print it's warning upon not recognized FLASH banks. This is useful, if some of the configured banks are only optionally available.
