[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/2] Kconfig: add CONFIG_CMD_BOOTZ

Add CONFIG_CMD_BOOTZ to the Kconfig. Since the CONFIG_CMD_BOOTZ cannot live without the CONFIG_CMD_BOOTM, make it select the CONFIG_CMD_BOOTM.
