[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/1] ARM: igep00x0.h: Enable raw initrd support

Now that IGEP base boards default environment use the bootz command to boot a zImage instead of a uImage, it makes sense to add support to supply a raw initrd image to the kernel if needed.
