[U-Boot] Turn on USB PHY clock

Hello!

The UDOO quad board support is part of your bootloader. I've set up a board with U-Boot and linux kernel 3.15-rc7. To get USB support I used the linux kernel patches of Fabio Estevam, that you could found here http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.linux.usb.general/98041. I changed them a little bit, to get them applied to the recent kernel.

When I informed me of the progress to include the linux patch mainline, I learned, that the PHY clock should be enabled in the bootloader.

Could you help me / give me some hint, how to turn on the USB PHY clock in the bootloader for the UDOO quad board?

Is there some similar approach for other boards?
