Emac is supported without DMA support. I plan to add support for simple and scatter gather DMA too.
Why do we need such complexity in U-Boot? U-Boot is a boot loader...
The EMAC is a funny thing. If the FPGA design includes EMAC DMA, then programmed IO no longer works.
