Nit: I'd prefer to word this more neutrally, "TF-A has created a BSD-3 licensed version of bloblist support, so there is no point...".

But, once we get everyone else that touched it since commit 6c9e3d1fc085 ("bloblist: Relicense to allow BSD-3-Clause") I'm fine with it.
