Note that this is a per-project setting, so I can't change the defaults for everyone. But, you can bump this up under General pipelines portion of CI/CD settings.

I don't like that exactly, but since I needed to do -rc4 today anyhow, I've merged that in first.
The biggest change is that s/u-boot/U-Boot replacement which touches a lot of files.
