Yes, sorry. u-boot version 1.2.0 running on PXA270 based board.

What do you mean by "hard init"? The GPIOs settings or so?

And also could specify the Voltage of the Flash that you use 3.3V, 5V, 3.3/5V.

The voltage is 3.3.
