[U-Boot] Pull request: u-boot-fdt

Dear Wolfgang,

Please pull u-boot-fdt. This only has Ken's fdt command parser fixes (thanks, Ken, it works a lot better now).

FWIIW, I checked the dtc project and did not see any libfdt updates or improvements.
