I guess you mean non-CCSR space, right?

And split txxx_rcw.cfg to txxx_sd_rcw.cfg, txxx_spi_rcw.cfg and txxx_nand_rcw.cfg for SPI/NAND/SD boot.

It may be better to change the flush command in one patch, and split the files in another patch.
