[U-Boot] Unused CONFIG_SYS_MAXARGS?

I am curious to know if CONFIG_SYS_MAXARGS actually does something.

I see it defined in many places, I see it #undef'd and I see it used #ifndef, but I don't see any actual source use it.

Can this be removed or I am missing something?
