[U-Boot] [U-BOOT]Error:No PHY IDs found VSC8641 RGMII

Hi ,

I have design over that using the VSC8641 PHY on RGMII interface of AR7161 , I am getting error "Error:No PHY IDs found" in U-boot for many times . could any one help me to find out the issue .
