[U-Boot-Users] PATCH : fix for write protect pin manipulation for cmd_nand.c

This patch allows the external command "nand write.oob xxx" to work properly for systems which have the NAND WP pin hooked up (OMAP1510 conditional). The internal function calls worked previously because the WP pin state was properly set by those call paths.
