Adjust the Tegra PCI driver to support driver model and move all boards over at the same time. This can make use of some generic driver model code, such as the range-decoding logic.

This one doesn't apply to current u-boot-tegra/master (with Stephen's recent
PCI patches). IIRC, I was going to take Stephen's PCI patches in to Tegra and you'd adjust yours to work with that.
PTAL as I'm getting ready to send a PR to TomR today for u-boot-
tegra/master.
I think you can go ahead with the PR and apply this series later and send another PR right?
I'm not worried about my PR so much as Simon having not used the latest tegra/master (which just went up yesterday, to be fair) to base his changes on.
I've sent v3 - need to wait for Stephen to review/test.
It's taken a long time to get these Tegra changes up - were they waiting on an ARM patch? I have another PCI series which I may just send now, and worry about the conflicts later.
