Who is going to use these? RK3288 is the only A17 chip I can think of right now, and you haven't touched the firefly or tinker defconfigs to select these new options, so in absence of a default or a user-selectable name they will default to n (i.e., dead code), unless someone also submits patches to enable these options somewhere.
