[U-Boot] NET: Updated SMSC LAN9x1x EEPROM program?

Hi

Is there an up to date smsc9111x_eeprom.c floating around somewhere? I found Mike Frysinger's post from March '08 but it needs updating to compile and work with current mainline U-boot, has anyone already done this?
