[U-Boot] SPL port for omap l138

Hi all,

has anyone made such a port in the path that is now readily available for reuse?

I wished to have it running as the second stage boot loader, but it is not yet available I might need to fall back to the TI UBL.

I would be happier to use SPL, but I would not probably have the required time, money, and skills for doing such a port for now.
