[U-Boot-Users] patch to support intel e1000 family

      Wolfgang, etc.
this patch adds support for Intel e1000 gig cards.
Tested in u-boot with Sandpoint 8245 and the PRO/1000 MT Copper card
(82546-based) and in ppcboot against that card, and its 82546 fiber
equivalent.
ran Lindent :)
ran MAKEALL.
did a diff against top of CVS.
let me know if I need to make any patch modifications.
