Hi Marek,
you mentioned you have problems with DRAM init on your AV, right ? Try this u-boot-socfpga/ddr branch [1] , see if it works for you and please let me know. The more testing the better.

Are you asking me to test problem with writing to the flash without "dcache off", right?
