Sorry, I usually try to avoid this, but in this case I decided to override your decision. [Sorry, I also could not reach you on IRC to discuss this.] Several people have been asking for an update of mach-types.h, repeatedly, and I see absolutely no reason to deny such a request.
I will update this file now and include a recent version in the v2009.03-rc1 release.
