Was the above text is not sufficient, if not please suggest.
Its good but not enough since after applying the patch e.g. via "git am" you would be noted and saved in the U-Boot git history as the author of this patch. And this is wrong since Aaron is the original author of this patch.
To add Aaron as author please insert a "From Aaron.." line as first line in your patch description.
