So I wonder, shouldn't we introduce some bool Kconfig entry, something like CONFIG_SOCFPGA_HAS_SYSTEMMANAGER and then make each target (AV, CV, S10, S10SoCVP...) select whether it has it or not ? I think this might make things a bit cleaner.
