[U-Boot] is "quicc engine" supported on non-powerpc architectures?

possibly a silly question but does the "quicc engine" exist on any architecture but the powerpc? i ask since i just ran across this snippet in include/linux/immap_qe.h:

#ifdef CONFIG_PPC #define QE_IMMR_OFFSET 0x00140000 #else #define QE_IMMR_OFFSET 0x01400000 #endif

which confuses me since it's checking for PPC, suggesting it might be something else?

normally, i wouldn't care but i'm working on some code based on qe_lib and i was simply assuming it was always powerpc, now i'm not sure. can someone clarify the above?
