[U-Boot] [PATCH] omap3_logic: Increase CMD_SPL_WRITE_SIZE

The SPL-OS partition is 0x20000, so let's make CONFIG_CMD_SPL_WRITE_SIZE same size. This should allow for better falcon mode operation.
