Thanks Marek. Now I see your point regarding calloc() semantics. Only

arm: bootm: call udc_disable() before booting linux

is not in your tree; I think you were worried about testing on musb boards. I'll repost, but no reason to take a risk; I hope to get a patch for the Linux udc driver upstream soon.
