[U-Boot-Users] cfi_flash driver: 16bit mode in 16 bit bus (PPC405GP)

Brad,

In the recent port of Cogent CSB472 which uses an Intel 28F640J3 (16bit bus, 16bit chip), I noticed that after "cp" command finished the flash is not properly returned to read array mode.

To work around I issue a protect off 1:0 for now (I use real sector protection).

I use the exact same driver which uses 2x Intel 28F128J3 (32bit bus, 16bit chip) Cogent CSB272, I have no such problem. I am using buffered writes in either case...

Since I only have one CSB472 and it is put to service in a rush, I did not have opportunity to debug the problem.

Did you or anyone else experienced the same issue?
