Dear Fabio Estevam,
In message CAOMZO5D5W34_9O1KPMDZEuS=rOHPBFq2rvwAuVUGw+0CywVF5Q@mail.gmail.com you wrote:
+/* Size of malloc() pool */ +#define CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN (2 * 1024 * 1024)
What about SZ_2M ?
...
+#define PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE (1u * 512 * 1024 * 1024)
What about using SZ_512M instead? Same for other (x << y) sizes passed in other places.
No. The use of the SZ_* macros is strongly discouraged. Please see the list archives for previous discussion and explanations why. One day, when I find enough free time, I will prepare a patch to get rid of all of these. [But I don't see when this will actually happen, yet.]
Best regards,
Wolfgang Denk
