[PATCH v3 0/4] efi_loader: prepare for FIT images

A patch series has been suggested to provide secure UEFI boot via FIT images.

This patch series exports the functions needed for the implementation.

v3: use void * as parameter for efi_install_fdt() v2: Resend the efi_install_fdt() rework patches. Export the efi_run_image() and efi_install_fdt().
