      still crawling through env code and noticed this:
$ grep -r DELAY_ENVIRONMENT *
  common/board_r.c:#elif defined CONFIG_DELAY_ENVIRONMENT
  README:		CONFIG_DELAY_ENVIRONMENT
  $
so, absolutely no one is using that configuration setting? just
curious.
