I have again errors. Which u-boot and m68k-uclinux version are you using ?
start.S: Assembler messages: start.S:171: Error: operands mismatch -- statement `movec
%d0,%RAMBAR0'
Can you edit the start.S @ 171 and rename from 0 to 1? That should take care the error.
