NAK. It's very much intentional that we have EFI_LOADER, and then looking ahead, any other options that would be required to be EBBR compliant, be enabled by default on platforms that can support them, rather than optional.
As you can tell, I'm not convinced that EBBR is a good idea, even though I can see it is expedient. Anyway I do appreciate your clear guidance and direction on this sort of thing and I'm sure many others do also.
