[U-Boot-Users] [patch] Add support for Embedded Planet ep405

*CHANGELOG Added support for Embedded Planet ep405 board. Board directory and config file added; Make files mofified; No shared code was modified. Merged into u-boot tree from an internal port by J.Mann, Embedded Planet.
