[U-Boot-Users] How to enable EMAC1 on IBM 405EP Bubinga board?

I'm trying to use the second EMAC channel on the IBM 450EP Bubinga board using U-boot but have no luck. I modified all the EMAC registers to point to the new EMAC1 base address. The PHY h/w is ok because I could tftp an image using the IBM monitor over the 2nd ethernet port. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks for any suggestion.
