[U-Boot] [ANN] U-Boot v2015.10-rc3 released

Hey all,

I've pushed v2015.10-rc3 out to the repository and tarballs should exist soon.

I think this looks reasonable overall and we're on pace for release. There's certainly a few fixes that need to come in but at least in the case of the 64bit fdt nodes I want to be sure that we get a change in that fixes everyone which I gather means a change in some boards dts files too. Thanks all!
