The Rockchip RK3288 is based on a quad-core Cortex-A17 CPU and has a good set of peripherals. Various full-featured U-Boot ports are available and this is an attempt to bring those features into mainline. With this series the Firefly RK3288 can boot to a prompt from an SD card.
Simon,
I want to jump 'on your train' and follow you through these Rockchip devices. I have quite some of them and would like to test and complete mainline u-boot code as well as I now and then support other guys in Android and mainline kernel.
Great, nice to hear from you! There's lots to do.
Is there a reachable git repo that I can clone from you, or can you give me a rough starting point (patches and underlying u-boot revision) from where I have to add these zillions of patches you submitted?
Trying to add your patches on to the HEAD revision leads me just deeper and deeper into more patches :)
Sorry I didn't include that in the cover letter. It's u-boot-dm in branch rockchip-working - http://git.denx.de/u-boot-dm.git/
Kind regards Ulrich
