There is no suggestion. The design is all up to you.
Is following recommended
Flash from 0x40000000 to 0x401000000 (16 mb) SDRAM from 0x00000000 to 0x002000000 (32 mb)
Ummm... I bet there is more to it - like the IMMR etc.
