[U-Boot-Users] New architecture -- TI DaVinci, part 1

Here is the first of three patches to add support for TI DaVinci chips, TMS320DM644x. As of now it adds support for 3 TMS320DM6446 based boards, DV-EVM from SpectrumDigital, SONATA from Visioneering, and Razorstream LLC SCHMOOGIE core module.

Patches are against yesterday's git tree.
