[U-Boot] Memtest end address

Hi,

The end address for memtest set with CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_END is supposed to be included or not in the test?

Checking on the source code I see that the quick implementation does not include it, but the more extensive implementation enabled with CONFIG_SYS_ALT_MEMTEST does include the end address. Both implementation should be synced to test (or not) the memory position at CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_END.
