This series converts most boards to use Kconfig for driver model. It is based on the v1 patches but split out so that only one arch is done per patch. This makes it easier to review and test. Also since DM SPL support is not fully merged some adjustments have had to be made to allow this series to work independent of that (since I don't want to delay the Kconfig conversion any longer).
About 10 boards remain to be cleaned up and these are dealt with in a small follow-on series.
