This patch adds I/O functions to the smc91111 ethernet driver to support the Logic LPD7A40x boards.

This patch replaces a patch submitted last week for the SMC91111 driver and the LPD7A40x board(s). The previous patch contained other changes to the driver that aren't 'required' to make the driver work for this board. Please ignore the previous patch.
