[U-Boot] Setting CONFIG_BOOTDELAY=2 for xilinx boards

Hi Michal,

I see CONFIG_BOOTDELAY=3 in the defconfigs you are maintaining.

If it is no problem, can you drop "CONFIG_BOOTDELAY=3", please?

I have Zynq Zedboard, and I am quite sure CONFIG_BOOTDELAY=2 (, which is now the default of Kconfig) should work for it, but I think you have better access to other Xilinx boards (including Avnet boards with Xilinx SoC).
