[U-Boot-Users] Microblaze: Uartlite cleaning

Hi Wolfgang and others,

these two patches clean uartlite driver and remove useless headers from microblaze port.

These two patches should go to next merge windows and will be available at microblaze branch.

WD: I'll send you pull request when merge window is open.
